So when your looking to hire a personal trainer, there is a bunch of personal training styles that you have to take into consideration. Let me show you a couple.

The Militant Trainer: This type of trainer is going to be very loud and push you hard.

The Therapist Trainer: This type of trainer is going to help get your mind right for hitting your goals.

The Motivational Trainer: This type of trainer is always positive and happy.

 
So how do you choose the right trainer? The answer is, you shouldn’t have to. A good trainer should be able to give you whatever training style you need for that given day. You also need to make sure that trainer is going to help you set goals and then hold you accountable to those. You need to be doing weekly measurements whether its for success, for body fat, for strength, whatever it is so that you know what you are doing is working.

 
Also, I highly recommend that you go towards a group setting. It’s much more affordable and people get better results. We’ve done it in our studio and we find hands down that it is the best way to go when it comes to personal training. So there you go that’s how you go out and hire a personal trainer. You might have to run through a couple before you find a good one because there’s a lot of people out there that just aren’t a good fit and just not going to give you what you need.  So, make sure that you don’t get turned off by the first one if they’re not for you because there are good trainers out there.
